About Us:
We exist to root healthcare back in our communities. We believe that patients should feel empowered to access clinical care near them as easily as they book an Uber. We leverage technology to connect patients with mobile practitioners such as nurses or healthcare assistants, on-demand. We deliver thousands of appointments every month and are growing fast.
We have tripled our volume of appointments every period since going live at the end of 2023, and have secured seed funding from leading VCs in the space. We’re a team of technologists, clinicians and commercial leaders with a track record of success in launching, scaling and exiting ventures in cloud technology and healthcare.
Your Role:

As Junior Ops Associate, you will make sure that the cogs keep on turning across crucial areas such as kitting and logistics, and keep an eye on overall platform operations. Things at Heim move fast and so we’re looking for a self starter with a strong attention to detail and great communications skills.
As a key collaborator in our lean and high-performing team, you’ll act as the conduct between our client needs, our practitioners and our logistics partners. Your mission is to ensure that our supply chain scales up to support the growing demand for appointment, and you will relentlessly look for opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage clinical appointments through our tech-enabled platform, ensuring any changes are communicated promptly
Provide support to practitioners
Address any operational issues that arise during weekends, ensuring a seamless experience for both practitioners and patients
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry related to clinical activities
